Think you may be underestimating the impact in the short-term, which goes back to my original point on timing. I guess we'll know in a month or so. Beyond next quarter or two just have view available tags

GLSV - The housing market dynamic you mention is certainly impacting the real estate channel at FTDR, which is evident in the reported numbers. The WSJ had a front page article a few weeks back... login to read the rest view available tags

My understanding is that the housing market for sellers is so strong right now that sellers are not adding contingencies such as home warranty to be more competitive. That is causing a deterioration in view available tags
