Description
This little company has been beaten down and now trades at a discount to
its value based on nearly any model used today. The company has 3.95 a share
in cash with no long term debt. Book value is 4.49 a share and the price
to sales ratio low at .34. With a market cap of 76 million and the
company having just over 100 million in cash and no debt, I find it
difficult to believe it will disappear. The company has obviously had some past
problems, but they are concentrating their r& d in a new product for
wireless telecom which will be the next earnings mover. Their new product
should be out later this fall, making the present an excellent time to get
in on the bottom floor so to speak. The bottom appears to have been set
and anything below 3 is a bargain here with the goal of at least doubling
in a year.
Catalyst
New product for the wireless telecom market later this fall. Other possibility
is a buyout by a larger company (especially since the company has more cash
than its current market cap)
