Announced yesterday, Teleperformance SA (TEP) is acquiring Majorel Group Luxembourg SA (MAJ) at EUR 30 per share. This purchase price is 15.6x NTM P/E. As a point of comparison, CNXC is currently trading at 7.8x NTM 2 view available tags
