I agree with yxd0950 -- the stock will likely be underperforming until the merger closes, and yes, if deal falls off, there is no reason why the stock shouldn't go back to $80+, and once... login to read the rest view available tags

Obviously the stock tanked from the 80s to the low 60s after the merger announcement so that'd reverse should the deal fall through. I own this and was gonna write up on it but lightspot beat me to... login to read the rest view available tags
