It's called Corvex. His ownership is in MGM. Yes MGM owns 60% of MGP, but I doubt Corvex allows MGM to get wiped without MGP being impaired. view available tags

No rent relief. More like debt relief. Its called restructuring, if it gets to that point in a super-severe scenario, and the bonds probably end up owning MGM. Most problems get solved by erasing a few billion... login to read the rest view available tags

How do you think about rent coverage in a post-COVID, paranoid world? What types of rent relief need to be provided and is it permanent or temporary with amortization through remainder of lease? Not MGP view available tags
