You are correct in regard in all your comments. NCT oldco's price is not attractive on a book basis. It is okay on a dividend basis and will only be attractive if the CDO machine... login to read the rest view available tags

You are correct. Legacy NCT is expected to trade above book. However, I think that you missed some value. CDOs VIII & IX are in large profit positions and these profits belong to the equity... login to read the rest view available tags
